PURPOSE:To increase the burning velocity, effectively separate the carbon residue and improve the energy efficiency by a method wherein the air is flowed in by opening a slot at the final combustion stage of the waste type chips to separate the carbon residue from steel cords to fluidizedly burn. CONSTITUTION:When the best part of the type chips are burnt out on the slot 13 and the temperature of the slot lowers, the slot 13 is released by the same signal as that of a screw feeder 2. As a result, the unburnt carbon and steel cords on the slot 13 are about to fall down. Just at that time, the air is blown up from an air blowing- up port 21 and the air accelerated through a throttle 21 fluidizedly burns the carbon residue to discharge to an air-heating furnace, separating from the steel cords which fall down after the separation. According to the method described above, the burning velocity of type chips is increased, the separation of the carbon residue from the steel cords is improved, and the effective utilization of energy is resulted. |
