PURPOSE:To simplify construction of a mechanism, by applying trochoid gears of equal dimensions and shapes to a speed increase gear and metering gear. CONSTITUTION:A trochoid gear is used for a metering pump 10 and speed increase mechanism 7 further its inner rotors 8, 11 and outer rotors 9, 12 are formed in equal dimensions and shapes, thus a logical amount of delivery can be obtained as the metering pump 10 simultaneously construction of a trochoid gear part can be simplified for a housing 1. Further each of the inner rotors 8 and 11 and the outer rotors 9 and 12 can be both formed by the method of common mold forming, resulting in the low cost of manufacture. |
