<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the feeding resistance in a captioned device with a movable side-fence to cross feeding direction at right angles and regulate a sheet bundle on one side in a sheet container by devising to expand the side-fence minutely for feeding sheets. CONSTITUTION:After a sheet bundle is loaded in a cassette 1 as widening the interval between a side-fence 3 and a cassette side-wall 1a, an operation lever 7 is turned as an arrow C shows, and then, a side-fence movement cam 10 is turned to drop a projection member 17 from an end face 10a to a slant end face 10b. Consequently, the side-fence 3 is moved as an arrow B shows by a spring 16, and the sheet bundle is held between the side-fence 3 and the side-wall 1a. When the operation lever 7 is further turned, a bottom 3c is pushed down by a cam 9 and pressed to an elastic friction plate 15. Then, a pin 8 is caught by a cam 18, and a cam shaft 6 and a side fence 3 are moved reversely to the arrow B for releasing the holding action of the sheet bundle. At this stage, sheet-feeding is started.</p> |
