The turbine is fitted with a spring loaded wheel which drives a gear train. The wheel meshes with a toothed shaft welded to a driven shaft. The toothed shaft meshes with a toothed wheel welded to an output shaft. The shafts are supported in a frame. The output shaft is joined to the spring under tension. The spring drives the toothed shaft which turns the toothed wheel. The toothed wheel and the spring wheel have the same number of teeth.
