<p>Thiazole derivs. of formula (I) are used as plant fungicides. In (I) A is 2-4C alkylene chain; R is 2 or 3C alkyl; R1 is H or -COOR3; R2 is H or 1-4C alkyl, such that when R1 is H, R2 is H; R3 is 1-4C alkyl. (I) are very effective at non-phytotoxic doses, and are effective against moulds that are resistant to benzoimidazole derivs. (I) may be formulated as powders, granules, suspensions, emulsions and solns. contg. conventional surfactants and carriers etc., and also insecticides, acaricides, fungicides, growth regulators, and fertilisers.</p> |
