PURPOSE:To make job time study easy and accurate by automatically measuring and recording the job times of element jobs through microprocessing based on the required data input from a keyboard, and calculating standard job times. CONSTITUTION:When the number of work elements, the number of work elemets, the start and end of work elements, required measurement times, etc. are applied by a keyboard KB1 to a clock-controlled microcomputer MCO1, the average time, etc. through operation based on the measured job time of every work element by the CPU1 are calculated by the CPU2 and are written into an RAM1, and the required data such as remaining measurement times and the like on the way of processing are displayed each time in a display device DPY1. The measurement data written into the RAM1 are recorded together with the required data such as job days and the like applied from a microphone MIC into a tape recorder. If these are reproduced and are subjected to microprocessing based on the required coefficients and the like in a similar manner, statical optimum job times are determined by automatic measurement and automatic operation, whereby the motion and time study is easily and accurately accomplished. |
