a tin rack (5) integrally consisting of a tin frame (SF) of rectangular type and tin (SB) bar for hanger, an insulating panel (2) having many grooves each loading a unit package (1), a contact part (3) to contact electrically lead part equipped at an insulating panel (2), several fixing bars (4) of an insulating material to fix loaded packages (1) mounted on the tin frame (SF) on one side of the rack (5). The lead frame is plated by units for omitting washing process and removing inferior shape.
