A handle and a body of the bicycle can be folded easily and volume of the bicycle is very compact when it is not in use than the other foldable bicycles. The foldable handle of the bicycle is kept straight by a fixing cover during riding. The bicycle comprises a fore frame (110), a rear frame (120), a fixing plate (220) that can be folded, a U-frame (210) that prevents a rear frame and a fore frame from being folded during riding. The foldable handle (300) comprises gears and a cover that can be opened or closed.
