PURPOSE:To alleviate thermal shocks without degrading the thermal characteristics of CrSi2 by sintering powder wherein a specified amount of forsterite powder is blended with CrSi2 powder. CONSTITUTION:The thermoelectic material is formed by sintering the powder wherein 0.5-6wt% forsterite (Mg2SiO4) powder is blended with chromium silicide (CrSi2) powder. |
