PURPOSE:To eliminate paper powder contained in toner, dust in air and toner condensation, etc., by preparing a filter means filtrating the toner sent from a cleaning device of a electrostatic copying machine after cleaning. CONSTITUTION:A carrying path 1 is formed to reuse the toner removed and recovered at a cleaning part between the cleaning part and a developing part of an electrostatic copying machine. A toner regenerating device 2 is provided on the way to this carrying path 1. The toner regenerating device 2 comprises a magnetic rotor 5 rotating around an axis 6 in a case 4, a sleeve 10, nonmagnetic mesh 7 and others. For the recovery toner sent through the carrying path 1, it moves on the nonmagnetic mesh, and removes paper powder, dust and others simultaneously its condensated toner with large diameter is destroyed, and reusing toner 11 is obtained. In stead of a magnet 5 an electrode and a spring, etc. is usable. |
