<p>The clutch disc for the friction clutch of a motor vehicle has a limited amount of rotational olay against the action of energy accumulators, between one unit which includes a lining carrier disc and a second unit which includes a hub and in which the rotational play is exposed, over at least oarts of its extent, to a frictional effect. Both units are axially biased with respect to each other by a resiliently flexible annular component which is operative between them. The resilient flexible component is fixed for rotation with a component oart of one of the units and, to produce the frictional effect, lies in direct contact with a component part of the other unit under the action of its resilient force.</p> |
