<p>A door for a front-loading domestic appliance, e.g. a dish-washer, having a control board mounted between upper and lower panels, is provided with fixings which permit the attachment of at least one additional panel over the upper panel, to adapt the dimensions of the front of the appliance to conform with adjoining components of a kitchen unit. The fixings consist at least in part of an edge cornie, visible to the front, which partially overlaps the additional panel, and whose dimensions can be modified to vary the exposed area of the additional panel. This arrangement permits rapid, easy tailoring of the exterior of the appliance for incorporation in fitted kitchens.</p> |
