PURPOSE:To measure the inclination or torsion of an electron gun by simple method, by making a through-hole at the position where the planar board perpendicularly crossing with the central axis of the electron gun will cross with an electrode for constituting the electron gun structure. CONSTITUTION:Two pairs of through-holes 2c, 2d are made in a shield cage 3 of an electron gun and on one face which perpendicularly crosses with the central axis of the electron gun. Here one pair of through-holes 2c are on line X which crosses perpendicularly with each axis of three electron guns, while the other pair of through-holes 2d are on line Y which perpendicularly crosses with said line X and passes through the central axis of the electron gun. Three pairs of through-holes 2a, 2b, 2c are made in the grid electrode 1 of the electron gun and one face which perpendicularly crosses with the central axis of the electron gun. Here one pair of through-holes are on line X which crosses perpendicularly with each axis of three electron guns while other two pairs of through-holes 2b, 2c are made on lines V, W which cross with said line X with aqute angle while passing through the central axis of the electron gun. |
