PURPOSE:To enable the fully automatical, efficient adjustment in a short time, by measuring the resonant frequency again through further one circulation of carrying path for the oscillators outside of the frequency range and controlling and adjusting them so that the desired resonant frequency are obtained. CONSTITUTION:For coarsely adjusted mechanical oscillators, they are not ejected, but measured for the resonant frequency again at a measuring and processing section 5 while being loaded on a carrying path 2 with one circulation, and laser processing is made so that the desired frequency can be obtained. The one circulation of the carrying path is made to cool the mechanical oscillatora during the circulation to avoid the measuring error. Further, further effect can be obtained by compulsive cooling through the provision of drafting means 8 on the way of the circulation. |
