PURPOSE:To output a document image after processing, by storing a fixed form format image and a variable data to respective files, and inserting the variable data to the prescribed part of the format image part with a CPU at the time of the issue of document. CONSTITUTION:A CPU10 reads out a fixed form format image and a variable data designated by an input from a keyboard 14 from respective files 16a, 16b, and the editing processing for inserting the variable data to designated unprotext area is executed. If the change and addition of a variable data is absent, the document image after editing is outputted to a Kanji (Chinese character) printer (KPRT)15 directly and if the change and addition of the variable data is present, the document image after editing is outputted to a Kanji CRT(KCRT)13 and then outputted to the KPRT 15 after the prescribed processing. |
