摘要 <p>The converter has a coarse conversion stage, behind which is connected a fine conversion stage. The analog input signal is compared with switching threshold voltages and is available as a digital output voltage at the converter circuit outputs, after sequential scanning. The switching threshold voltages are generated by voltage dividers, and a comparator with a pulse memory and a logic circuit are available for each switching threshold. To a differential amplifier is connected in parallel at least another amplifier in a transfer and holding circuit. The non-inverting outputs of the two differential amplifiers are connected, via respective switches, to the positive output points at different times of the scanning cycle. In front of the inner terminal is interconnected a further input and holding circuit. The non-inverting inputs of the differential amplifiers are coupled to the outputs of corresp. further differential amplifiers via sequential switches.</p>
