PURPOSE:To minimize the size of dustproofed, air-conditioned factory scale and facilitate control of the facilities by a method wherein components are assembled together with respective dustproof films on, and a portion of the dust-proof films is removed immediately before the filling of an insulating gas. CONSTITUTION:Processes of coil winding 1, dustproof film attaching 2 to insulator and tap changer assembling 3 are carried out in dust proofed factories 4-6. These components are sent to subsequent processes after being covered with films difficult for dust to pass through, such as polyethylene or silk. Because the assembling process is carried out in a factory which is relatively open, the film surfaces are stained with floating dust and the like. However, there is no possibility that dust may enter the inside of the parts. After assembling, the dustproof film surfaces are cleaned, and static electricity is neutralized. Then, a portion of the films is removed in the dustproof film removing 8 process, and an insulating gas is filled in the gas-filling process 9. Thereby, it is possible to minimize the size of the dustproofed, air-conditioned factories and to facilitate control of the facilities. |
