PURPOSE:To perform stable pressure control, by filling up the driving force for a valve conforming with the deficiency of the spring force by the valve driving section for compensation provided separately from the valve driving section, to drive the valve. CONSTITUTION:A valve main body 3 has a valve seat 6 in the flow flowing to a flowing inlet 3i and a flowing outlet 3o, and has a valve 8 detached and attached to the seat 6 in the main body 3. Further, a valve shaft 7 is led to the outside of the valve main body 3 linked to the body 8, and the valve shaft 7 is energized toward opening by a pressure set spring. In a pressure control valve 1, even if the spring force of a spring 12 used for a valve driving section 10 is changed accordint to the opening of the valve, the valve driving force conforming with the deficiency of the spring force is filled up by a valve driving section 9 for compemsation provided separately from the section 10 to drive the valve 8 for opening. Thus, stable pressure control from a small amount of flow to a large amount of flow, can be made. |
