PURPOSE:To simplify operation for totalizing the number of uses of each use section, by successively reading out a number of uses of each use section stored accumulatively in each address of a data storing means in response to a given operation by means of a managing device. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic card 4 for indicating classification of a use section is passed through a slit 3, its information is read out with a magnetic head, and when it is judged with a managing device 1 that it coincides with a given standard, a signal of copying permission is fed from the device 1 to the main body of a copying machine 2. The device 1 stores the accumulative use number of each use section each time copying operation is once made, and the accumulative copying number of the first use section stored in the first memory address is indicated on an indication window 5. Then, each time a push-button switch 6 is pushed, the accumulative numbers of copies of the second and the following use sections are successively indicated on the indicating window 5, thus permitting the operation for totalizing the use number of each section to be made simple. |
