A dermatological composition, for treating skin conditions such as acne contains hydrogen peroxide buffered to a pH of less than 7 in the form of a non-greasy single phase aqueous gel. The buffer may be selected from lactic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, maleic acid, hydroxysuccinic acid, potassium acid phosphate, sodium and potassium acid citrate and sodium and potassium acid tartrate. |
