The bottom of a metal shaft is fastened to a protruding metal anchor plate and its open end forms a head for detachable connection of a separate attachment device. The shaft is a tube (1), with a filling (8) and sheath (4) of heat-insulating material. The connecting head has a thread (7) for screwing on a threaded attachment device. There is a heat-insulating underlay panel (3) on the bottom of the anchor plate (2). The sheath is enclosed in a weatherproof sleeve (5), fastened to a protruding tube end section, and forming a laterally protruding collar (11) at an interval from the plate. This prevents formation of a cold bridge to the flat roof concrete.
