The flip-flop pulse circuit of the electronic counter operating in 1-from-10 code is designed so that transistors are connected in the intermediate regions between the flip-flops. These transistors are actuated from the count outputs of the flip-flops. Alternately, in special designs, these transistors are actuated by the resetting outputs of the flip-flops, with the counter circuit design being appropriately adapted. Each decade of the counter consists of 10 flip-flops. In operation the active range of the flip-flop circuit is extended by 1 flip-flop. The display takes place over AND-circuits with a negating input. All flip-flops are of identical design and consist of transistors, resistors, diodes and capacitors. The overall resetting of the counter circuit takes place via transistors, while the derivation of transfer pulses, also appearing during overall resetting, takes place via transistors.
|
