PURPOSE:To suppress the discoloring and fading of an org. coloring substance, especially a dye or coloring matter used in a color photographic sensitive material due to light by allowing a specified light fading inhibitor to coexist with the org. coloring substance. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of compd. represented by formula I is allowed to coexist with an org. coloring substance. In formula I, R<1> is H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl or a heterocyclic group, R<2> is a substituent, (n) is an integer of 0-6, and in case of n>=2, plural substituents R<2> may be different from each other. The light stability of the org. coloring substance, especially a dye or coloring matter can be improved without deteriorating the hue or purity. |
