PURPOSE:In forming plural layer glass from two sheets of glass, to prevent the orrurrence of the slippage and release of sheet glass, by putting a spacer filled with a drying agent between the internal faces of peripheral parts, and using both an elastic noncurable adhesive and an adhesive for rigied body fixation in bonding the sheet glass. CONSTITUTION:In forming the sealed space 1 from the two sheets of glass 2 and 3 and preparing a plural layer glass, the spacer 4 made of an Al alloy, etc. is put between the peripheral bonding parts of the sheets of glass 2 and 3, the drying agent 5, e.g., silica gel, etc. is added to it, and the spacer 4 is communicated with the hermetically sealed space 1 by the small hole 6 formed on it. The highly elastic noncurable type adhesive 7 is put between the spacer 4 and the two sheets of glass 2 and 3, so that the spacer 4 is bonded to the sheets of glass 2 and 3. The adhesive for rigid body fixation 8 is used on plural positions at the peripheral parts of the two sheets of glass 2 and 3. No slip of sheet glass caused by its own weight nor release of each other resulting from the expansion of air in the sealed space brought about by direct-sun light will occur. |
