PURPOSE:To obtain efficient and highly accurate measured data without employing a distortion gage by processing the signal-to-be-measured in synchronization with the rotation as a DC voltage, removing the low and high frequency components in a filter, and employing a modulation signal whose frequency varies periodically as a calibrating signal in a modulator. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted by a processing circuit wherein a periodic signal is transferred as a DC voltage, the filter 4 which removes high and low frequency components from said processing circuit, and the modulator wherein frequencies are periodically varied. The periodic signal and the modulating signal are selectively applied to said processing circuit. For example, an F-V converter 2 is provided as the processing circuit, and the modulator is composed so that the signal with specified frequency from a clock signal generator 8 is given to a frequency divider 5, and the signal frequency of the frequency divider is infinitesimally changed by a calibrating signal level setting device 10 and a sawtooth number setting device 3 through a frequency dividing ratio constant generator 6. |
