<p>PURPOSE:To ensure a mechanical shift to a stop mode in case the power supply is cut in a working mode, by adding the 2nd flywheel having an engagement pin for lock cancel to the 1st flywheel having a capstan shaft in a detachable way. CONSTITUTION:An engagement pin 3 of the 2nd flywheel 2 engages a slant cam of an engagement ring 1a of the 1st flywheel 1 having a capstan shaft 8. Then both flywheels 1 and 2 rotate in a body by the energy of a spring 4 and in a lowered- down state. In such working mode, if the power supply is cut, the flywheel 1 stops. However, the flywheel 2 continues its rotation by the inertia. Then the pin 3 moves toward an arrow A by the slant cam to protrude over the upper surface of the flywheel 2. Then the pin 3 engages a rotary lever 11, and a lock mode is canceled between a lock plate 15 and an operation lever to secure a stop mode.</p> |
