<p>PURPOSE: To specify the utilizing section of a user rapidly, and to realize an automatic processing of the charge calculation, the deduction of the utilizing charge from the account of the user, and the like, by distributing a data obtained at the utilizing starting point by copying, to the point the utilizing is estimated to finish, in a transportation system such as a traveler transport in the railroad and a toll road traffic. CONSTITUTION: This traffic utilizing section specifying device consmsts of a ulitizing section data recording device to discriminate the user in the utilizing starting (the entry) of a user, and to record the data; a utilizing starting data distributing device to decide the position to estimate the utilizing finish, and to transfer a copy of the utilizing starting data to the position the utilizing finish is estimated through a communication circuit; and a utilizing section specifying device set at every utilizing finish position such as an exit of a tool road, an ticket barrier of a railroad, and to specify the utilizing section rapidly by referring to the utilizing starting data when the user finishes the utilization (the leaving).</p> |
