摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow an interval between a cutting edge part of a printing product and a point hole by superimposing second turning motion on first turning motion in a turning process in a device having a point needle tip in the form of performing first circular arc-shaped turning motion. SOLUTION: Motion of a point needle 14 fixed in a point needle holder 12 is controlled to fasten a paper web 24 by a needle in a cyclinder 1. That is, the needle tip 26 of the point needle 14 is based on first turning motion E of a point mechanism holding arm 10 turning in the cylinder 1 with the stationary first turning axis 20 as the center, and is also based on superimposition of second turning motion F acting on the point needle holder 12. When fastening the needle and extracting the needle, a convex motional progress characteristic curve 25 related to the first turning axis 20 is drawn. When viewed from the rotational direction D of the cylinder 1, the point needle tip 26 draws an almost concave motional progress characteristic curve 25. Thus, a printed matter can be qualitatively properly and reliably delivered to another cylinder.</p>
