PURPOSE:To improve the reliablity of a bellows device by providing double bellows and guiding a movable plate provided at the bellows with a stationary guide, thereby eliminting the vibration of the bellows in its bending direction and preventing the damage of the bellows. CONSTITUTION:Inside and outside bellows 25 and 26 are concentrically mounted through gaps 27 within a stationary mounting unit 21, are fixedly secured at one end to an outside plate 21b and are fixedly secured at the other end to an annular movable plate 28. An annular holder 19 is fixedly secured to the inner periphery of the plate 28, and an annular slide 31 is integrally engaged within the holder 29. A stationary guide 32 is concentrically provided with the bellows 25, 26 at the center of the mounting unit 21 so that the slide 31 of the plate 28 may be movable. Thus, the bellows may deflect in the extending and contracting direction only but do not vibrate in the bending direction, thereby preventing the damage and improving the reliability. |
