The invention relates to an adjusting device for part of a ski binding, in particular for a heel-holder, which is arranged on a slide and is displaceable together with the latter on a guide rail which is fixed to the ski and can be engaged in several positions, it being possible for teeth of a catch tongue, arranged on the slide, to be engaged with tooth catches on the guide rail and to be disengaged by means of a handle, provided on the catch tongue, counter to the force of at least one spring, to which the catch tongue is subjected. The object of the invention is to design an adjusting device of the type mentioned in such a way that its engagement can take place in the simplest possible manner, that it has few components and does not release automatically even under unfavourable weather conditions and under high loading. This object is achieved in that the engagement of the teeth on the catch tongue with the tooth catches on the guide rail is secured against vertical release by a tread plate which can be pushed onto the guide rail and cannot be visibly raised from the latter, and in that the tread plate can be removably engaged against displacement along the guide rail. |
