A cabin for a cabin cableway has a floor (1), two side walls (21) opposite one another, one of which is provided with a door opening (27), two end walls (61) and a roof (81). These parts (1, 21, 61, 81) are detachably connected to one another by means of bolts so that the cabin can be transported in the dismantled state and afterwards assembled by bolting. The lateral and upper edges of the side walls (21) are formed by lightweight alloy rods (24, 25) whose ends are welded to one another in pairs. The roof (81) is provided with four rods which form together a roof frame and are welded to one another in pairs, two of which rods are screwed to the rods (25) which form the upper edge of the side walls (21). The lower part of the end walls (61) is edged at the bottom and at the sides by rods which are connected by bolt connections to rods (23, 24) of the side walls (21) and are riveted onto the plates. The upper part of the end walls (61) is formed by a transparent pane which is detachably attached to parts of the end wall (61), of the two side walls (21) and of the roof (81) by means of an elastic strip. <IMAGE>
