PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of winding when centering process of the cascade type step motor is to be performed by a method wherein brackets having projecting parts to bury the gaps between salient poles and bearing accomodating parts are inserted from the side of yokes to form a closed cylinder with the magnetic poles and the projecting parts. CONSTITUTION:A cascade type rotor 2 having two rotor parts 4 being the center part thereof divided by a deep groove 3 is formed. While two stator yokes 6 having the same number of salient poles 7 are prepared, convex parts 10 are formed respectively on the side face thereof and are assembled as the salient poles 7 to be arranged alternately in zigzag type. At this assembling work, an intermediate bracket 13 having projecting parts 17 are put to be held and fixed as to bury the gap between the salient poles of both side yokes 6, bearing brackets 12 having projecting parts 16 to bury the gap between respective salient poles 7 and bearing supporting parts 15 are inserted from the side faces of both sides yokes 6, and the closed cylinder is formed with salient pole tooth parts 8 and respective projections 16, 17 to protect the winding. |
