摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust an ink jet direction in a uniform manner and at a prearranged precision by arranging an electric charge detection stand having an indication circuit in the neighborhood of a printing surface and stopping adjustment of a deflected ink jet direction when the indication circuit indicates a detected electric charge. CONSTITUTION:An electrode stand 1 equipped with a plural number of wire- shaped or bar-shaped electric charge detection electrodes 21, 22, 23... arranged in a deflection direction at a prearranged pitch, is installed near a printing surface. Electric charge detection circuits 51... are connected to the electric charge detection electrodes 21.... While indication circuits 71... are connected to the electric charge detection circuits 51.... Ink ejected from an ink jet nozzle 93 will be electrically charged, a deflection field be reduced to nothing and FET be closed instaneously. Then pins 193, 203 will be turned so that the ink jet direction may be slided toward a deflection direction. If a luminous diode Dp1 becomes luminous, that signifies that ink particles collide with the electric charge detection electrode 23 and a deflected ink ejection direction is appropriate.
