<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a liquid crystal display panel by forming a wiring line on the substrate of a liquid crystal display panel which has an MIN element on one substrate by laminating a metal layer forming the MIN element, an insulating layer, a laminate of metal layers or by laminating a metal layer, an insulating layer, a metal layer, and a transparent conductive film. CONSTITUTION:The wiring line on the substrate 15 of the liquid crystal panel which has the MIN element on one substrate is formed by laminating the metal layer forming the MIN element, insulating layer, and metal layer or by forming the metal layer, insulating layer, metal layer, and transparent conductive film. For example, the wiring line 16 has a tantalate film (tantalate pentaoxide) 12 on metal tantalum 11 and a chromium film 19 thereupon. Consequently, no direct current is applied to liquid crystal on the wiring line 16 to improve the deterioration of the liquid crystal and deterioration in orientation, and the reliability of an MIN liquid crystal display panel is improved without increasing the cost.</p> |
