PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for reducing an induction current in an overhead earth wire with a built-in optical fiber capable without worsening an optical signal transmitting function. SOLUTION: An overhead earth wire with a built-in optical fiber 4 in an induction current countermeasure side is anchored to a tower body 1 to be insulated by an insulator, the other overhead earth wire with a built-in optical fiber 5 is anchored to the tower body 1 in an earthed condition. The overhead earth wire with a built-in optical fiber 4, left as placed in an insulated condition, is drawn into an optical fiber connection box 8, this optical fiber is optically connected to an optical fiber of the other overhead earth wire 5 in the inside of the optical fiber connection box 8. |
