PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the entire work time by shortening the mounting time as well as the tool changing time when many kinds of mounting objects are mounted by using a part mounting device. SOLUTION: Substrates are grouped into some groups in which a plurality of kinds of substrates are mounted continuously (S1). The mounting data of the same group such as the number of mounting substrates, parts mounting positions on respective substrates, parts kind, are prepared (S2). The mounting data given separately to the respective parts mounting device are extracted (S5). According to the extracted mounting data, the arrangement of parts feeder is decided so as to shorten a time required for entire mounting work of the substrates constituting the group (S6). |
