PURPOSE:To accurately measure the ageing change of an image sensor under prescribed conditions by providing the image sensor at a predetermined distance from a reference light source, amplifying and storing an alalog signal, controlling it to store it in an external memory, converting the analog signal into a digital signal, and recording the signal. CONSTITUTION:A constant quantity of light is received by an image sensor disposed at a predetermined position from a reference light source 1, a signal is amplified by an amplifier 6, a signal element is converted from an analog to digital signal by an A/D converter 7, and is sequentially stored in a memory 8 at the digital signal output by a control signal 9. It is again stored in a floppy disk 11 provided in a peripheral equipment 14 in accordance with the control signal 9, and is printed by a line printer 13. Since this construction can record the photoconverting characteristic data of the image sensor under prescribed conditions constantly, it can form a suitable time series data, can mechanically process them with the floppy disk, can compare the characteristics or can compare the characteristics with data printed by a line printer, and can obtain accurate data. |
