PURPOSE:To measure concentration at an arbitrary depth by changing the measuring depth of a concn. measuring device which performs concn. measurement, and making the measurement period in said depth variable in performing concn. measurement. CONSTITUTION:The concn. measuring device measures the concn. of sewage 2 stored in a plant 1 (for example, a segmentation basin), with a concn. measuring device 20, and is combined into a process input-output device 14 via an amplifier 3 and a converter 4. Here, it is so arranged that depth is outputted dynamically variably to a comparator 13 by a measurement processor 19 and the concn. at arbitrary depths is measured, is stored and is used for controlling of water quality. The device 20 is moved upward and downward arbitrarily at arbitrary timings by the processor 19. With such constitution, the concn. for the arbitrarily commanded depth is determined. |
