PURPOSE:To remove lubricant completely without deforming jointing pieces equipped at both ends of the substrate by a method wherein the surface of a vinylchloride substrate is heated in rolling contact with a hot roll to remove the lubricant and a urethane resin layer is formed in one body on the surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The jointing pieces 2a, 2b are positioned vertically in a unitary body with the substrate 1 extrusion-molded by vinylchloride at both side ends thereof, this substrate 1 is fed by carrying means 7 like a conveyor etc. and in front of the double conveyor 4 the surface of the substrate is heated at 50 deg.C or more in rolling contact with a hot roll 6 to remove lubricant out of the surface of the substrate 1. Then, the substrate 1 is moved to the front part of the double conveyor 4 and urethane resin liquid consisting of OH, MDI mixed in a mixer 6 is injected on the substrate 1 for foam molding. Thus, there is formed a construction board A where a foamed urethane resin layer 3 is molded in one body on the substrate 1. |
