Insulating panel for wall - has peripheral channels which co-operate with base and uprights of wooden framework

The house has walls formed of panels which contain an insulating layer (1) sandwiched between two outer surfaces (2,3). The panels are constructed so that the insulating layer is recessed from all the edges of the two outer surfaces (2,3) to form a channel (4) about the periphery of each panel. The panels are installed into a wooden framework having a base from which uprights vertically extend. The base locates into the channel provided in the bottom of each panel and the uprights locate into the channels provided in the edges of two adjacent panels.
