PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of boiled noodles, by vacuum-cooling boiled hot noodles packed in a bag or vessel, and then charging inert gas into the bag or the vessel. CONSTITUTION:Boiled hot noodles are put into a bag or vessel having an air-flow path, and cooled in vacuum in the cooling tank of a vacuum-cooling apparatus. When the boiled noodles are cooled below room temperature, the pressure in the cooling tank is restored to the atmospheric pressure, and at the same time, inert gas is introduced into the tank. The boiled noodles in the bag or vessel are taken out from the tank, and finished to the state of airtight package without delay. |
