Piperazino quinazolines of formula (I) and their salts are new. R1, R2, and R3=H, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, polyhalomethyl, CN, NO2, NH2, dialkylamino, -CONR4R5, -SO2NR4R5, or R1 is as defined and R2 and R3 together form a methylene dioxy radical, the two oxygen atoms of which are attached to adjacent C atoms on the phenyl ring; R4 and R5=H or alkyl; all these alkyl and alkoxy gps. have 1-6C atoms. Used as antihypertensives, LD50 is at least 1000 mg/kg p.o. (mouse). Daily and oral dosage is 1-30 mg.
