The trailer-type agricultural implement comprises a rigid basic chassis (1) and two lateral ones (7) on opposite sides, folding forwards against it. It is supported at the rear by a train of wheels (2) coupled to the basis chassis by two arms (3A) hinging at their forward end and by an extensible vertical mechanism also hinging on this chassis at the rear, so as to lift it. The basic chassis is a rigid three-dimensional structure. Each of the lateral chassis can be arranged to hinge on a vertical axis whose length is roughly the same as the height of the basic chassis.
