PURPOSE:To prepare a uniform laver, by making a mixture of laver of raw alga having a concentration higher than a proper concentration, adding water to the mixture to adjust to the proper concentration, feeding it to a laver sheet making machine. CONSTITUTION:Raw alga of laver which is minced and washed with water is mixed with water by a blender, adjusted to a state thicker than a proper concentration, and fed to the tank 1 for adjusting the concentration. Water is fed to the tank by the pump 10 while the concentration being detected by the concentration sensor 2 consisting of a luminous element and a light receiving element, the resulting mixture solution is stirred by the agitating blade 12, the concentration is adjusted to a normal concentration, and the solution is sent to a laver sheet making machine. In adjusting the concentration, the amount of feed water is controlled by time by the timer 9 corresponding to the degree of concentration higher than the given concentration. |
