TREATMENT OF CROP SUCH AS SOYBEAN

PURPOSE:To soften the crops such as soybean, by freezing the water-absorbed raw material, and heating after or without thawing. CONSTITUTION:The crops such as soybean are sprayed with or immersed in water, optionally warm water. The swollen crops are frozen at -8--15 deg.C, and after or without thawing, subjected to the heat-treatment such as steaming and boiling.
