<p>The shelving is for heavy loads e.g. pallets, with the shelf floors fitted with longitudinal profiles in contact with the load connected by side ledges. Transverse reinforcements do not penetrate up to the carrying surface. The longitudinal profiles are placed on to a flange of the side ledges with the connection between them being a push-in fit producing both a load carrying and form fitting connection. Slots are provided between the longitudinal profiles and the profiles themselves have holes.</p> |
