The shaped wire structure permits easy location of the handset so that it is not a permanent fixture impeding normal telephone usage and clamps firmly to the shoulder with a front breast support in order to provide a firm and accurately positioned handset whilst enabling full radial body movement. The double folded shoulder section continues down to form the breast support section from one part of the double fold, whilst the other section clamps around the rear of the mouthpiece (16) firmly (20) and continues to form a second clamp firmly around the rear of the earpiece whilst gripping it on the front. The front breast section of the support has an adjustable end of about 15 cms.
