<p>A timer includes a diode circuit or a transformer (16, 16") for taking out the voltage to drive a timing mechanism (17) from one (14) of two source lines (13, 14) supplying A.C. power. Switches or contacts (155, 156, 155") coupled to the timing mechanism (17) are effectively inserted in one source line (14) together with a diode circuit or a transformer (16, 16"), so that A.C. power is supplied to a load (12) starting at a predetermined time according to the timing mechanism (17) and the A.C. power supplied to the load (12) is substantially cut off at an another predetermined time. </p> |
