PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an actuating member of a liquid delivery pump to move up by forcing down a forcing-down plate fitted additionally and to allow the same to move down by forcing down a forcing-down head without using a metallic spring in up-and-down movement of the actuating member of the liquid delivery pump wherein the up-and-down movement of the actuating member is conducted conventionally by urging a metallic spring to move upward and forcing down the forcing-down head against the urging. SOLUTION: An outside of a stem guide tube 8 is fitted with a tubular part 12 of a guide base member 11 and insides of J-letter-shape guide grooves 14, 14 grooved from upper ends of opposite surfaces of guide plates 13, 13 erecting from the rear parts of right and left of both sides of the tubular part 12 to the upper ends of the inside surfaces of the front parts of right and left of both sides of the tubular part 12 are fitted with elastic band plates 22, 22 of an operation member 21. Forcing down a forcing-down plate 24 protruding backward from a connecting plate between the upper ends of the rear sides of the elastic plates allows a forcing-up plate 25 protruding upward from a connecting plate between the upper ends of the front sides of the elastic band plates to force up an actuating member 7 via a forcing-down head 6. |
