Vibratory machine noise reduction system - loads moulds and compacts them in separate stations, the latter being sound-proofed

The system reduces the noise emitted by vibratory machines compacting blocks of plastic material, e.g. concrete. The loading of the moulds with the plastic material and the compaction process are so separated from each other that only the compaction stations have to be provided with noise-attenuating equipment. The vibration operation takes place in a hermetically-sealed capsule. The moulds can be transported from the filling to the compaction stations and back again by conveyors. Automatic doors etc. can be provided, ensuring that compaction takes place only with the capsule closed.
